Climbing Perch (Koi) fish curry

 I'm going to give you a recipe for koi fish, also referred to as climbing perch fish or koi maach.



INGREDIENTS

1. Koi Fish

2. Curd

3. Garlic

4. Turmeric

5. Salt

6. Red Chilli Powder

7. Mustard Paste

8. Turmeric Powder

9. Green Chillies

10. Ginger

11. Onion

12. Oil

13. Coconut Milk

14. Red chillies

15. Coriander leaves

16. Green Chilli Paste

17. Tomato Paste

18. Onion Paste

Preparation

1. Make a paste with curd, salt, red pepper flakes, turmeric, garlic paste or crushed garlic, mustard oil, and newly cleaned and cut fish. The fish should be marinated for several hours. (Note: Save some of the paste to make the fish curry.)


2. Fry the fish

3. 
Use the same oil that was used to fry the fish to make the curry by adding onion paste, tomato paste, and green chilli paste.



4. Add the masala paste that was formerly applied to the fish before it was fried.

5. Stir for a while

6. Add mustard oil. Stir again. Add coconut milk

7. Stir and let the curry cook for some time

8. Add the required water for the curry. I am adding the water mixed with the remaining masala paste.


9. Add salt

10. Add the fishes

11. Add red chillies

12. Garnish with coriander leaves

13. Fish Curry is ready
