Knife Fish (Chitol Maach) Curry

Clown knife fish, sometimes referred to as chital or chitol maach, is a common ingredient in traditional Bengali fish stews and curries. Typically, mustard seed paste, green chilies, and other ingredients are used to prepare this dish in the manner that is customary for Bengalis.
